In celebration of the Gladstone Hotel’s food philosophy, Executive Chef Marc Breton offers urbanites farm fresh fare and an opportunity to experience the unparalleled flavour of foods harvested during our local growing season.
A portion of each ticket from the Harvest Tasting and from the Harvest Feast will go towards West End Food Coop to help support their efforts in creating a local secure source of food.
Breton’s menu is inspired by the fresh produce harvested by farmer Sherry Patterson of Chick-a-Biddy Acres CSA, and by the local meats, cheeses, wines and beers from our Harvest Wednesday Partners. Breton’s preparations offer a simple flavour forward approach to enjoy this fresh food.
